The term YOGA is derived from the Sanskrit word YUJ. It means to connect, join or unite. Yoga is a system through which the body, the mind and the spirit are educated. With the help of yoga, a person can find himself / herself. One is also able to expand their boundaries and relax in a comfortable and appropriate manner.

One of the reasons for the ever-increasing popularity of yoga is that its enables you to feel in harmony. You become integrated with your surroundings. Practicing yoga enables you to unite your physical self with your mind.

The Yoga classes are held on a shaded wooded platform which is located at the beach. The scene offers great views of the ocean and the beach. While we provide the yoga mats, the participants are required to bring their own towel and drinking water.

All levels are accepted to attend the practices that focus on the alignment of the body with the breathing process. You are shown different postures from which you may choose the one that suits you the best. The style of yoga offered is called Hatha. Participants are encouraged to keep their own pace and rhythm rather than pushing them and straining their bodies.

There are also specialized classes for kite surfers and wind surfers which are also geared towards building the stamina and the strength. SUP Yoga is a great idea for all those people who are seeking a complete stretching workout – a process that also offers the added benefit of calming the mind, offering greater flexibility, strength and retention of power.
