Kefalonia
As the biggest of the Ionian Islands Kefalonia provides a big range of things to do, with differing landscape varying from sandy beaches to pine groves and vineyards and range of mountains you can picture that the island will have plenty to provide by way of activities. As the highest island in Greece Kefalonia has Mount Etnos which stands at over 1627 m high making the island a company favorites for hikers and visitors who take pleasure in a walk. The mountain is surrounded by forest of black fur trees and these cover around 28,500 acres in a safeguarded park.
